This explains the 'yearbook-only' photos for all KHS seniors who still need to have
New England Studio take their yearbook photo.

Class of 2011 "Yearbook Only Photos"
If you are not doing a typical photo session over the summer at New England Studio
and simply wish to appear in the KHS yearbook, there will be 4 Yearbook-Only days
in the fall. These will be Thursday November 4th and Friday Nov. 5th. New England Studio will
be set up in the LGIA both days. Then the following two days, Saturday November 6th
and Sunday November 7th, Yearbook-Only photos will be AT New England Studio
on West Street in Keene.
NO APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY:
There will be an opportunity, for the first time, to purchase small packages from
this photo. We typically take only two or three photos to choose from, all in-studio.
More details to follow in the fall.

Don't forget...KHS Graduation.
New England Studio will be on-stage doing "grip-n-grin" diploma photos of
each and every student.

the 'Official' Senior Portrait photographer for the KHS class of 2011.

New England Studio will also being the 'Official' KHS sports team photographer for the
school year of 2010 ~ 2011.

Junior Class Meeting Wed. May 19th 9:30am ....Auditorium KHS
End of year Junior Class Meeting will discuss responsibilities for Senior Portraits
with
the Class of 2011. All juniors are expected to attend.
New England Studio will be explaining all aspects of your Senior Portraits such as
deadlines, when to book your appointment and all photo options.
Below is a copy of certain yearbook requirements for KHS Seniors:

New England Studio, 25 West Street, Keene has been appointed the ‘Official Senior Portrait Photographer’
for the KHS Class of 2011.
There will be a Junior Class Meeting on Wed. May 19th, 9:30a.m. in the Auditorium, to discuss
YOUR responsibilities regarding senior portraits. To:
Parents and khs class of 2011
Standard Session: 45 minute session, with studio and outside portraits
Headshot Session: 20 minute session, headshots only

These above two sessions are typically ones which you purchase photos for friends and family.
Yearbook-Only: no charge, 2-3 photos taken. Senior selects best photo immediately afterwards on computer.
Yearbook-Only: with option to purchase. This new option allows students to obtain a
very small package from this yearbook photo. Two days will be reserved at KHS for this
‘Yearbook-Only’ photo in the fall. Dates will be announced in September.

When and how do I make my senior session appointment?
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. POSTCARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED HOME.
For the Standard Session and Headshot Session, you need to call the studio during the months of
May, June or July to schedule your appointment.

KHS Prom
Prom this year is at KSC Dining Commons like always. Date is Saturday May 22.
Photos will be taken by New England Studio and photo information will go home with your tickets. See ya there!
