HVAC Roof Photography Boston

HVAC construction work Boston

With large construction projects, many times there is a need for finished high quality photography to sign off on the project. For HVAC roof photography projects, a drone is almost a must have camera. The FAA requires the UAS (drone) operator to be Part 107 certified and have an RFID chip in the drone so it’s location can be tracked. These safety measures protect everyone.

The quality and clarity of professional drones will yield ‘huge’ file sizes, guaranteeing sharp and crisp photos for the people examining the job project.

Business Group Photos

business office photos for publicity by New England Studio

Thanks to the advances in AI, we now have many more options for creating business group photos. In years past, we used to set up elaborate green screens which required a lot of office space and was quite time consuming. Now we simply stand the groups against a white wall and AI will separate the subjects from the background in the click of a mouse. After we have our transparent image, we simply match a background photo after purchasing this at a stock house such as Shutterstock.

Website Photo Updates

Website photo content makes a huge difference. The first impression by your clients viewing the page is irreplaceable. If ythe photos on your website are mostly taken with a cellphone, this will convey a message you surely do not want.

How to get the good photos: Your best option is to hire a professional photographer. They ‘should’ have the eye for what tells the story.

Communicate with the photographer: Having a clear goal is essential. In the case below, the client was looking for smiling happy folks to show their Elderly Housing properties were a positive experience.

Planning:  Ensure all of your talent (aka for models) is aware of what you are doing. They will be more comfortable knowing what is expected.

Website Banner Videos

There are a few considerations when deciding to make a banner video for a web page. This is the top-most banner which your viewers see first. A few points to consider are as follows:

Length of Video – The maximum length of your banner video should be approximately 30 seconds. Banner videos for inside-sub pages can be just 20 seconds. Most times your goal is to quickly introduce your viewers to your product and entice them to read your page content below.
Size of Video – If your 30 second video is 40mb, this may present an issue if you decide to self host the 720P mp4 file. Most Word Press hosting plans have a maximum upload size of 20mb. You can increase this allotment by contacting your host. This may force you to embed through You Tube or Vimeo of which both need accounts and pages to be created. As we know, You Tube will play it once then go to their next related video… not good.
Bottom Line – Keep your website banner videos short and small in size. This is all possible to accomplish but takes a bit of time and expertise. New England Studio can help. 603-499-1136 Tom Raffelt.
