The Cemetery Brook Drain Tunnel (CBDT) project is a major multi‑year infrastructure initiative designed to improve stormwater management, reduce flooding risks, and strengthen long‑term resilience within the City of Manchester, New Hampshire. The Partners
Led by Methuen Construction as the primary contractor, with UBY providing additional technical and operational support, the CBDT project represents a coordinated effort between engineering teams, municipal leadership, and field crews working across multiple active worksites.
