Can you handle multi‑year or multi‑phase projects?

Absolutely. We typically start with pre-con photos and video. NES specializes in long‑term documentation and has experience covering multi‑year civil and infrastructure projects. The workflow scales easily as the project evolves.

What types of construction projects do you cover?

NES documents a wide range of commercial and civil projects, including commercial buildings, tenant fit‑outs, road and bridge work, utilities, water/wastewater facilities, industrial sites, and long‑term multi‑phase construction. If it’s an active job site, we cover it.

Do you provide both photography and video during the same site visit?

Yes. Most contractors need a mix of ground photos, drone photos, and short video clips for reporting and marketing. NES captures all required media in a single, efficient visit unless a project requires specialized coverage

Are you certified to work on active job sites

Yes. NES is OSHA‑10 certified and FAA Part 107 licensed for drone operations. Full PPE is worn on every site, and we follow all site‑specific safety protocols, orientations, and access requirements.

How often can you document a project?

Coverage can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or at key milestones. Long‑term projects often use a consistent schedule so owners, engineers, and internal teams receive reliable progress updates.

How are photos and videos delivered?

All media is delivered through a clean, organized cloud gallery. Files are sorted by date and location, making it easy for teams to download, share, or integrate into reports, proposals, and marketing materials.

Do you offer training videos?

Yes—pre-construction walkthroughs, safety briefings, and final training videos tailored to your specs.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) ?

Absolutely. COI available upon request for all job sites.
